BOOK CONTRIBUTIONS
Surviving to Thriving – When Life Gives You Lemons
I am beyond thrilled to collaborate with The Energy Healing Magazine on this beautiful book project! As humans we all strive to find this thing known as BALANCE in our lives between work and other life roles. This state of equilibrium demands equality in our personal life, professional life, and family life. However, life can throw different experiences and events at us that are totally out of our control, but ones that have devastating effects on what we would call the normal in our everyday lives.
Surviving To Thriving When Life Gives You Lemons has been written by professional contributors from many different walks of life from around the world. It offers practical and valuable advice on how to maintain your health, business and well-being through these trying unchartered times.
My particular chapter reflects on re-connecting to motherhood during ‘lockdown’. Disney goes deep because it’s totally inspired by the movie Frozen II!

RETREATS
Arbonne Wellness Retreat
The only thing better than going on a Wellness Retreat is facilitating one! A weekend of healthy eating, copious amounts of detox tea, yoga, meditation, beautiful heart centred conversation, workshopping and getting out in the fresh air. It goes without saying that being in the health and wellness industry you need to walk the talk.
Detox Your Divorce Retreat
This was honestly one of the most rewarding things I have done…not because of the way I delivered it but because of the way the attendees responded to it. I spoke about the vulnerable topic of grief and loss during divorce and these women jumped in, tears and all, and shared their heart with the room. A truly beautiful experience.
The Detox Your Divorce Retreat was created specifically for women who are going through a separation, or thinking about separating and would like to connect with professionals who can assist them to navigate their separation journey peacefully and amicably and with the support of women who have been there or who are experiencing similar things.
