Slow and Gentle Yoga

Bliss2U Yoga primarily offers Yin Yoga, renowned for its grounding and meditative qualities. Additionally, we provide gentle flow sessions, upon request, to cater to various needs and preferences. Our sessions go beyond just postures, incorporating breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. While participation in these elements is optional, they are essential components of a holistic yoga practice.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, deeply nurturing style of yoga where poses are typically held for three to five minutes, targeting deep connective tissues and enhancing flexibility. The true magic of Yin Yoga lies in the intentional slowing down and stillness, with each pose serving as a mini-meditation that fosters deep relaxation. To some, the stillness may seem like inactivity, it is in this quiet space that the practice gains its strength, allowing for inward reflection and letting go.

  • $80 – 1 hr private lesson
  • $120 – bring a friend ($60 each)
  • $180 – 1hr yoga lesson + ½ hr coaching session (individuals only).

What You Need.

  • Your own yoga mat (but a mat can be provided for the session if required)
  • A quiet, spacious area to accommodate 1-3 mats (depending on who is participating)
  • A cushion to sit on (optional)
  • A warm blanket for Savasana (optional – more for comfort as body temperature can drop during savasana).
  • Comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.
  • An open mind
