Slow and Gentle Yoga

Bliss2U Yoga specialises in Yin Yoga, renowned for its grounding and meditative qualities. Gentle flow sessions are also available upon request. Your yoga class goes beyond just physical postures, integrating breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and yoga philosophy. While these elements are always optional, they are key to cultivating a truly holistic yoga experience.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, deeply nurturing style of yoga where poses are typically held for three to five minutes, targeting deep connective tissues and enhancing flexibility. The true magic of Yin Yoga lies in the intentional slowing down and stillness, with each pose serving as a mini meditation that fosters deep relaxation. To some, the stillness may seem like inactivity, it is in this quiet space that the practice gains its strength, allowing for inward reflection and letting go.

  • $120 – invite a friend ($60 each)
  • $180 – 1hr yoga lesson + ½ hr coaching session (individuals only).

What You Will Need.

  • Quiet Space – a distraction free area with enough room to move
  • Yoga Mat – essential for comfort and grip
  • Props (optional) – blocks, straps, cushions, or a bolster if needed for modifications
  • Blanket –  particularly for savasana, as body temperature can drop
  • Comfortable clothing – stretchable and breathable
  • Water bottle – to stay hydrated
  • Device – laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a stable camera, reliable internet connection and Zoom
  • An open mind and open heart
